Working on the right kind of desk with the right kind of chair and posture is very important especially those working for long hours in front of the computer screen.

The perfect height of the desk, the chair height, ideal screen viewing height will vary according to the height of the person.
A quick way to find your ideal desk height: When
you're seated or standing in the position you'd use the desk, rest your arms at
your sides, keeping your elbow at a 90 degree angle and your upper arms in line
with your torso. If the desk is the right height, your hands should rest
comfortably on the desk.
Additional support as armrests on the chair help maintain better posture. If you can't modify the desk, get an adjustable chair!
